Policy
PAYMENT - Dread orders must be paid for up front, i.e before I start them! if you do not agree with this please do not place an order. All Paypal payments should be sent to Dollylox@hotmail.co.uk. Please make sure you contact me before sending any payments.
Please be aware if you are paying through Paypal and do not have any money in your paypal balance it will take up to a week to clear in my account, so your order would not be started until that time.
Cheques should be made payable to Terri Sellars (please contact me for my postal address). Please only send cheques if you are in the UK.
Any concealed cash sent is at the buyers own risk as I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, please send by recorded post (UK only).
International buyers I can only accept paypal payments at this time, sorry for any inconvenience.
WAITING / PROCESSING TIMES - Processing times are there as a guide and are subject to change at any time, please be aware that if you need your order by a specific deadline or date you must enquire with me before you make a purchase!
SHIPPING / POSTAGE - Postage prices will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, and your location.
I cannot be exact when charging postage as each order is slightly different, but rates start at around £2 when posting within the UK.
I do post WORLDWIDE, please contact me for international shipping prices.
REFUNDS / RETURNS - Returns are generally not accepted. If it is an extreme case, e.g. the product has been grossly misrepresented, or you have received the wrong order etc, please contact me immediately so I can correct the situation.
[PLEASE NOTE] Once dreads have been worn or tampered with in any way there is nothing I can do (photos of each order are always taken by me before they are posted).
